The courts can be configured to set up e-mail notifications to be sent to the submitter if the e-servicing to any of the case participants fails. The e-mail notification sent to the submitter can be viewed from the bundle's servicing history.
This will allow the filers to take action for serving the documents to the necessary case participants via alternate methods outside of TrueFiling.
On the Case Details page, the Case Type acronym is displayed below with the Case Number. However, certain courts may configure their Case Type Code to be in numerical value which can be confusing for the filers.
The Case Details page has been updated to display the complete Case Type description.
The display of the Case Counsel in the Servicing Recipients section on the Bundle Assembly page and Proof of Service has been updated to ensure that a counsel is displayed and served only once per email address irrespective of the number of parties they are representing.
UI updates have been made to the Payment Accounts section on the Setting page. The Add Account and View Payment Information buttons have been moved to the top right corner to avoid the users having to scroll through all the existing payment accounts to access the buttons.
Validations have been fixed to ensure that the selection of a State and Court are required to create a new Payment Account. The states and courts listed in the dropdown are now displayed alphabetically.
The Rejected reason shown in red on the history page gets cut based on the screen resolution and length of the text. An update was made to limit the length of the rejected reason displayed in red to 200 characters. In the event that the Rejected reason is more than 200 characters, an ellipsis (…) will be shown at the end and displayed with a tooltip message stating “Please click on the Status Updates tab to view the complete Rejected Reason.“ This tooltip message will also be shown when the filer hovers on any section of the rejected reason

This new court policy will control the sections that are shown on the page (e.g. Header, Case Parties, Case Contacts, etc.). The use of this new court policy was implemented in TrueFiling for all courts.
